Maybe we need to get the onion back to full strength before it can do its thing.  Or maybe it just can't produce seeds at night.  Either way, doing nothing isn't helping us, so scavenge/destroy more small things to feed to the onion.  We need to test out our new sword anyway.

Feed the onion. We need more revolutionaries dammit. While we're at it attempt to build a small defensive wall around the area to establish it as the base of our revolution.

Not that I disagree (+1 to the barrier wall idea after we get some more food, btw), but are we planning to turn our pikmin into honest-to-Armok vegetable-based dwarfs?  We've already spit on centuries of head-bashing tradition and armed ourselves, and now we're building a fortress?

Yes.

Because fuck tradition. The same tradition had us being fucking eaten by pansy bulborbs without an astronaut to lead us.

NO MORE.

(6) You can't find anything. However, a beady long legs finds YOU!

While running away, you think that it would be stupid to build walls when this thing can just walk over them

"We need to get out of here!"

"Never! Viva la revolution you say as you wave your sharp thing at the long legs. It doesn't look impressed.

So, this is the "standard" one, right? I mean, no rocket lauchers, no hair. And no means of attacking other than stomping.

Make it stomp on something sharp

Our priorities are:
1. Get very far away from the Beady-long-legs (or get it away from the Onion[bonus points if we find a way to kill the SOB])
2. wait until dawn in Onion
3. start building super bunker

((Yes, it only stomps. But thanks for the reminder of the far more deadly varieties!))

"Or we could get in and take off"

"No! How can we have a revolution without a fortress?"

"You're insane."

((I have decided that the dorfier you act, more dorfy enemies will show up. Like the machine gun spider you mentioned))

I'm pretty sure it is. if you REALLY want a dorfy enemy try the giant dweevil from pikmin2. IIRC, it was a beady-sized dweevil that carried a poisonous item, a super soaker, a flamethrower, and explosives.(louie, too) it made the metal beady-long-legs(also found in pikmin2) look like a walk in the park and could probably beat the original Emperor Bulbax from pikmin TWICE.

Umm, but why is the hairy one more deadly? Because I can't think of a way in which hair could make yo more likely to kill pikmin.

(By the way, I played Pikmind 2 and colected everything

((You can't actually attack it until you get rid of the hair. I won't spoil how to do it))

Reluctantly agreed with Whitey.  We need more time to prepare if the revolution is to succeed.  Get in the onion and try to escape the surface for the night.  We can get back to work on becoming successful nocturnal pikmin tomorrow.
