"Great, then we will leave for the closest village immediatelly."

It wasn't more than ten minutes before all of the foot mercenaries were riding with the soldiers, and those with their own mounts were riding in the middle of the group.

It was evening when the group stopped at a small village and the soldiers took over the inn in the name of 'Lady Matilda'. The innkeeper protested before he was give a sack of gold - then his attitude changed 180 degrees and quickly he and his three maids prepared lots of tasty stew, fresh bread and alcohol.

"The beds are upstairs." He said, his eyes shining from the payment he was given.

Right outside the inn, the soldiers were guarding the mercenaries. Matilda, and Leymont, weren't with them unfortunately - Leymont was taken away and Matilda could be seen outside, talking to the guards or reading some papers.

:"Eeeehhh duchess or not I don't really care. ...Sleep sounds pretty damn good though. Gonna see if I can't fight Elenore in the morning, but... eh..."

Leo was, for once, not interfering in everyone else's business as he had quite a lot of business of his own - namely, with the stew.

"Efa, don't bother. She's not going to change her attitude even after you beat the tar of her shriveled black heart." Sheila said, with a bit more acid to the words than she really intended. "Do you think there's a weaponsmith in town?" She asked, the question directed at everyone.

[Sirus]

Grifen lead her horse over to whereever Sheila was hanging out.

: "You...you wanna ride to town while there's still daylight? I think Bree's strong enough to carry one person, and you seem kinda outta it, so..." Her voice trailed off; she was a little unsure how to talk to other girls around her age.

[Haspen]

@Sheila:

"Yes there is, Tobold the smith. But he makes tools and horseshoes and such things." The innkeeper spoke whilst taking the empty bowl from Leo and giving him a new one, filled to brim with the meaty, brown stew.

Efa was all too happy enough to agree with Sheila.
:"Yeah, I guess you're right."

"Thank you very much!"

Maybe it was from being poor in his youth, or maybe it was just that he hadn't eaten well in almost a week, but he was quite grateful for the stew and he planned to eat as much as possible so he could sleep well that night.

Sheila forced a smile at Grifen's offer and the innkeep's answer. "Well, hopefully he'll have some wood axes or something." Sheila made her way over to Grifen, possibly surprising other long time companions at her apparent lack of interest in food and drink. "That'd be great, Griffen. Let's go."

Julius walked out from behind a corner, his bowl already emptied. Spotting the rest of the group, he quickly went over to them, stopping by the pot to get a refill.

"Ah- there you are. I didn't have much time to speak to most of you earlier. I am Julius, and I would really quite like to know a bit more of what I have signed up for if any of you are willing to tell me.

: "Oh, I don't think there's any rhythm to fairy names. It's like a title! Say a guy grows moss all his life and then kills an evil overlord. Some queen somewhere might name him, 'Sir Mossgrowth!' That said, I'm not sure why I got 'Candy.' I mean, look at me!"

: "But... at least I'm following my dreams. I mean, if you had the choice between living in a beautiful castle with plenty of food forever and being a cool history archeology adventurer mage, what would you choose? I bet you would choose the second one. That's how it is."

[Sirus]

: "Great! Climb aboard and we'll get going." She held the horse steady to make it easier on the other girl (despite the lack of saddle or stirrups) and, once Sheila was safely mounted, began leading the two in search of the blacksmith's.

: "So...wanna talk about, well, anything?"

[Haspen]

@Sheila&Grifen:

"You two, where are you going?" The guards stopped the ladies when they took few steps outside the inn. At first there were two guards, but after a moment, three more walked closer.

: "...Is somethin' wrong?"

[Haspen]

@Sheila&Grifen:

"Lady Matilda orders say that you cannot leave the inn until morning. She doesn't want anyone to get 'lost' by accident."
