Ciera wandered downstairs, a grin on her face and a slight bounce in her step. Sitting down at a table, she began to eat some bread as she waited for others to appear downstairs.

Grifen looked up at the pegasus rider.

: "Mornin'. You look a lot better than ya were last night."

[Swordstar]

Ciera grinned and nodded.

"Oh, well, you know. Alec and I figured things out. And so last night was really great in the end."

[Sirus]

: "Oh? That's great! What happened?"

"You wanna make Grifen happy? Psssh, that's easy." Sheila waved her hand as a dismissive gesture. "You're pretty much doing everything right at this point."

"Just keep in mind that she's gonna want what me and Leo have sooner or later, so be ready for that."

Fezz was silent for a moment, confused. "I... Am? I... Sort of thought I was more a burden half the time. What with the constantly being fatigued, sleeping during plays, splitting head pain..." He didn't exactly run out of things to list so much as deciding to cut it off.

"I mean, she likes me, I'm pretty sure. I like her. But its hard to not feel like a burden when she spends so much of her time helping me. I just... I want to do something for her for once."

"As for the question... I guess that's up to her, isn't it? I wouldn't say no, but I don't even know if that's what she wants. Has she said something about it to you?"

Fezz ambled down stairs slowly, taking measured steps to avoid a tumble in his drowsy state. He nodded to both Grifen and Ciera and took a seat at the table, picking at some food in an attempt to wake himself up.

Miguel was in his room, preparing his armor in agitation. His walk last night did little to soothe his nerves. His armor seemed to carry a new kind of weight this morning. Dread.

Sheila grinned. "Yeah Ciera- what happened?" Sheila had her own theory of course.

[Swordstar]

Ciera shrugged and blushed slightly.

"We... we talked about things. And figured things out. And... yeah."

[Blade Master Model 42]

"What things did you figure out? Come on, me and Grifen need details!"

"If she did say anything about that,  not saying she has or hasn't, I don't think you two using me to send each other mash notes would be the best way forward. Just trust your gut. I'm sure you'll do fine." Sheila grinned impishly. "But I suppose if you wanted to do something for her... I could give you a couple tips. Especially since I have a sneaking suspicion that you only have a hands off understanding of the subject."

Leo was downstairs too (eating breakfast) and decided to help his wife tease Ciera.

"Well, if it was something you might need to confess later, I'm sort of out of the whole cult of the dragon thing... so you'll need to find another priest!"

Alec slowly stepped down the stairs one at a time, his back bent over as he rubbed his side.
: "Urrgh, that's going to be sore for a while."
Attempting to stand up straight, but failing, he simply moved over next to Ciera (ruffling her hair as he got close) and sat down.
: "Ow." Alec winced as he sat, but didn't lose the grin, "Mornin', people."

Ciera had been blushing at all the teasing, but when Alec appeared, she couldn't help the smile that broke out on her face again and she just smiled at him as he came and sat down next to her.

Sheila's expression was somewhere between amazement and crazed glee when she saw Alec walk in. She slowly turned her head to Ciera. "Bra-vo girl, well done!"

"Whu? What do you mean?"

"Oh don't play coy. We all saw Alec doubled over when he walked in. You must've been rough. Good for you!"
