"Very well. It was nice meeting you too!"

Roderic gave a quick wave and quickly jogged up to the merchant's wagon.

"Now I do believe you were offering a particular sword in your possession for protection in that ambush we were just in?"

[Haspen]

"No! I already gave the precious medicines to this girl!" He pointed at Grifen who stayed behind a bit.

"Ask her for your share!"

[Zako]

"What?! But I saw her only get 2 items and there are three of us! That is hardly fair payment!"

: Put it this way, Fezz I think your name was. Shiela has no access to cold showers out here

"Whoa, hey, what brought that comment on? I haven't even done anything!" Sheila sputtered, turning crimson.

: Its written in your body language Sheila, no shame in it, it's just how you are made

Sheila sputtered incoherently for nearly a full minute before she stopped, gathered her thoughts and tried again. "We just finished fighting off bandits, okay? I would not be trying to do that right now. I mean, c'mon!"

: I'm sorry, tact is not one of my strong points so I will leave this subject alone

[Haspen]

@Roderic:

"Hmph, fine!" The merchant rummaged in his goods for a moment and then tossed Roderic a sword with very thin scabbard and even thinnier blade.

"No one wanted to buy it anyway." With that, he snapped the reins again and the wagon took off even faster than before.

Roderic gets Needle!

[Zako]

"Hmph. Good riddance."

Picking up his brand new sword, Roderic makes his way back to the others.

"I've had a change of heart. I do not believe that I will be leaving after all, not with that blackguard at any rate. If you don't mind, I would like to travel with your group for awhile. You all certainly seem interesting, that's for sure!

Also, check out my new sword! I know it's thinner than usual, but I can tell that it's very sturdy and good for poking holes in bandits."

  Fezz looked at the other group, looking at Leo in particular again. Maybe... "Wait..." However he was drawn out of his thoughts as he remembered once again why he even walked towards the merchant's wagon. "Hey! Wait up! My trunk! If you're going to leave at least let me grab it!" For someone who got wounded and bandaged recently he sure can leg it if need be.

Sara shrugged, dismissing a daydream that had preoccupied her for the past few moments, before turning back to Irene.

: "If the chance arises, I would like to have a word with you in private milady." Sara asked.

Grifen's face broke out in a wide grin. She didn't really need gold, and medicine would be far more useful in the long run.

"Thanks, mister!" She waved good-bye and led Bree back to the group. "Well, guess we're going with you folks after all."

:"Well then, welcome aboard. Not that we have a boat, just wanted to say that."

: "Hey! Hey you. You look awfully down-in-the-dumps with that sadface and sadhair. What's wrong? Need a little optimism?"
