"True enough, that stuff was pretty rough last time. Any idea what the local specialty is, Grifen?"

A broad grin peaked out from beneath his mustache as Miguel generously finished Fezz's sentence for him.

: "LOVE! That's the word you're looking for my boy! Love!"

Grifen shook her head.

: "I was only thirteen last time I was here, and pa didn't want me outta his sight. He never drank while on business. But this IS a port city! They should have just about anything here if ya ask."

Immediately Fezz's fluster came right back at the word.

"O--Okay look, uh, maybe, something, I don't know! Maybe?" The historian fessed up to end this torment from the elderly knight. He didn't really seem like he knew what to say. "I--Uh--Do we have to talk about this here?" He pleaded with Miguel, Fezz looking like he was practically shrinking in his own clothes.

"I guess all that's left is to pick a place and empty some tankards, eh? Let's get moving!"

Sheila sets out for a tavern or some other such place! Preferably one that doesn't look too seedy!

Miguel scratched his chin and considered the idea.

: "Hmm... Perhaps you're right. Let us retire to somewhere more private. Then we shall talk about filling the gaps in your education!"

Candy arched his back, making his sparkling, cardboard wings flutter.

: "100% authentic fairy stock."

Well, on one hand, that was some ultra-fake shit. On the other hand, Efa supposed she didn't want to crush his dreams.
(Unless they involved gender-swapped teammates.)
(Efa would gladly crush those.)
(totally not her dream, was his)
:"...uh... yep. Super real."

[Sorry for the wait]

The scholar sighed with relief, glad that at least this subject won't be brought up in public. "Gaps in my education? Err... What gaps, exactly?" Fezz had an unfortunate idea of what it might be. He shot Alec a glance asking for help from the bard.

Grifen grabbed Ciera's hand and led the pegasus rider along (dragging the other woman if necessary).

: "We're right behind ya!"

Miguel politely "led" Fezz and Alec out of the store by force and into the streets as he made a beeline for whatever place they had been staying for these last few days.

: "Ah my youthful lads! The gaps! Alec, if you've nothing better to do for next few hours you may wish to aid your friend as well!"

In a quick two-step pace, Miguel led them down the streets of Moss at a blistering speed. His arms gesticulated wildly as he spoke.

: "Now as you might have well realized, you're not doing too bad for yourself Fezz my boy. The girl clearly likes you very much. You've probably seen the way she smiles at you in that shy little way of hers. Ah, she is a nymph incarnate, and she has those pretty little blue eyes trained on you! Ah! And ho ho ho! Here she is now!"

At that moment, they turn a corner as the pack of girls make their way down the street in their own little mob. Miguel presumed that they could only possibly be going to some high establishment or a nice parlor to recline and gossip. Oh those little dainties! He turned to Fezz with vigor.

: "Ahaha! This will be a good time for your first lesson my dear boy. Posture and poise! Quickly now. Chin up, back straight with a bit of curve. Heft those shoulders like a man! You've been slouching at too many books my good lad! Now when we pass by them, you smile yes! Not a large one! Just a small, sly smile! The smoulder! But no chitter chatter now! We are MEN! And we have places to be!"

Fezz was about to question what Miguel meant about blue eyes when they saw the others in the group and Miguel started giving instructions. He wasn't so sure about it but he followed them as he could.

With a soft crack his back straightened a bit too far and his shoulders were pushed back about as far as he could (un)comfortably manage it. His chin was lifted farther than it had any right to be, looking as if he was trying to peer into the horizon than actually look at what's on the ground. Fezz topped this off with a forced smile, slightly bearing teeth more at the fact of his uncomfortable position than anything else.

The historian wasn't... Entirely sure this was how it was suppose to go.

Sheila spotted Fezz out of the corner of her eye and nudged Grifen in the ribs. "Hey look, it's Fezz!"

"...And it looks like he might have hurt his back or something. You should go say hi! Keep it casual!" Sheila punctuated her pep talk with a swat on Grifen's behind, urging her toward the pained looking archaeologist.

: "Efa, have you been having funny dreams lately? I hear that a Synchronized Dreaming Session can leave traces of the original dreamworld in your mind. Last night, I dreamt Miguella was showing me how to bake a cake with my fists."
