"I don't think so. He propably used it as a bluff to throw me off. I will show the Empire to underestimate me."

"I would like you Alec to go with Leo and his companions. I will send a messenger to you or Ciera. Yonn wants the ditz to go on and get some experience. Can you, hmm, keep an eye on her? If I heard earlier correctly, she likes 'Music Man' already?"
 
@Sheila:

"I don't think so. I'm gone for few months and now I see you already wrapped around his finger. I guess I just need to get used to the fact my pretty girl, unfortunately, will have the second most important man in her life, huh."

Leo sighed.

"Honestly I'm not sure if us leaving is a good idea. You're too reckless, Matilda. You're going to get yourself killed if you don't learn how to keep a level head."

"I suggest you take some time to study old tomes of war histories. My brother may be able to help you there. Learn from them, see what mistakes leaders have made in the past, and mind that you don't repeat them if you want this rebellion to succeed."

Alec crossed his arms.
: "Wait, I'm going with them? What, to keep an eye on things? Weren't you angling to-"
His ears then perked at the latter part.
: "Wait, what?"

"I... Uhm..."

A ditz? Was that really how the others viewed her? And what was that comment about her liking Alec supposed to mean? He was just someone who'd been nice to her... She'd thought that the Duke had begun to see how useful she was when he'd picked her for these missions but apparently she was just a ditz to him.

"I have to go."

She nudged Mazin into action, bowling past those near the doorway and launching into flight as soon as they were in the open. Circling around, they eventually landed on the roof of the prison. She stared out across the battlefield. She'd helped! She'd done well this battle. But... apparently she was just a ditz who needed real experience.

@Leoteam:

"Well, I will get to that too. For now you're fired, Leo. You can keep an eye over Alec for me, in the meanwhile."

@Sheila:

"If I can smack him across that smug face of his first, then, yeah, I could try. That boy has some sharp tongue. One should help shorten it a bit." He placed his hand on the axe, affectionatelly.

: "So! Deadeye! Have you found anything this battle?"

"You weren't exactly being a courtly gentleman either, y'know? No fighting my boy." Sheila folded her arms across her chest and scowled, a sure sign she wasn't going to budge on the issue.

Alec ran his hand through his hair and sighed.
: "Your father gave me very explicit orders to keep an eye on you, you know."
: "But fine. I'll tag along and keep them out of trouble, not vice versa." He directed that last part rather insistently at Matilda and Leo. With a pause, though, he looked up in the sky where Ciera just took off with a bit of worry.

Julius picked up his cloak and inspected it. He gave a disappointed sigh at seeing that the rip had nearly torn it in half lengthwise.

"I don't suppose anyone has some spare straps or something?"

Leo shrugged.

"Very well then. I suppose we'll be around. Alec, you can stay or come with us as you wish."

He walked away, raising a hand in parting.

Miguel turned to the rogue in question.

: "I may have some odd bits and ends of..."

: "...What did you do to your robe?"

@Leoteam:

"Wait, Leo. Actually I don't remember hearing my father take an oath from you? When did you swear your loyalty to him like so?"

@Ciera:

"...and we can use the prison to keep those few lucky inside. We might need to interrogate them." Yonn left the prison with two soldiers, not knowing that Ciera is on the roof. She could easily confront him.

Or murder him in cold blood for being mean.

@Sheila:

"All things damned, why you couldn't have your mother's character instead of mine. It would make the issue easier for both of us."
