The man's rant devolved into a grumble under his nose, before he coughed and looked at Leo.

"Good. One hour, then." Irene bowed slightly with her right hand, curled into fist, at her heart - a standard military salute nowadays - and, turning on her heels, she walked toward the door and left without further delay.

Sara turned to face Efa, slightly annoyed with the rather... basic questions she was asking.

: "Was only speaking for myself., though some of that information would be useful to everyone on the whole though. As for my name, you may refer to me as Elenore. Now, may I ask why you act like a noble, yet are only garbed in the rags of a peasant?"

"You're awfully rude for someone who inserted themselves into a mercenary group without asking. Some are less cordial than us, y'know." Sheila grinned at the newcomer. It'd be fun, working out whether she could be trusted.

"I'm sorry to hear that. I would never think of demanding such a thing. I know what it's like to go cold and hungry, and I wouldn't force that on anyone."

"I would like to see your selection of staves, and perhaps medicines if you have any?"

Sheila sighed. "Are you two going to be this catty all day? We've got a new job and we're headed out to sea. We should be celebrating!"

[Taricus]

: "Bah, you even insult like a peasant, you ignoramic buffoon. The only court title one such as you could achieve wouldbe as the gong farmer, for you are clearly the living enbodiment of it." "Elenore" said, point at Efa on the last part to emphasise it, before answering Sheila.

: "And hey, I may as well get a little entertainment, bodyguard duty is rarely exciting work. Also has less time to actually relax on it as well, so hey, if I have to cut someone apart with my wit, then that's what will be done."

"Ugh, whatever. You two have fun being bitches at each other, I'll see you at the Speedwings in an hour." Sheila scooted back in her chair and stalked out, stopping just outside the door. Hm. Wonder where Leo's got to. He mentioned shops... Maybe he's in the market for another staff?

On the other hand... I still haven't visited my mom. Should I? Sheila wound up leaning against the nearby wall, overthinking the situation.
