Sonja moves to 7,12

: 'Hey! I can hold onto that for you...I have space.'

Sonja relieves Julius of the pretty crossbow and the magic ring, marvelling at the latter as she puts it on her finger.

With loud creaking noise, Julius opened another chest. Inside, there was a scimitar . It was nothing like the crafted crossbow; t'was just a curved, rather heavy, blade.

Fezz struggled to his feet, still disoriented from both the wounds and the rapid healing. He mumbled out a "thanks" to Leopoldo  and noticed that those around him were starting to move up. He hurried to catch up (5, 11), not wanting to be left behind in a place like this.

Seeing Grifen, Fezz remembered hearing her shout something--he didn't quite catch what it was--when he hit the ground and things got fuzzy. "Are you alright? I heard you scream, did you get hurt?" The monk asked the nomad.

Grifen smiled warmly when she saw Fezz still in one piece - more or less.

: "Fezz, hey! Glad yer back on yer feet!" At his question, the nomad shook her head.

: "Naw, they didn't hurt me..."
: "...well, actually they did a little, but that weren't why I shouted. I was really sca--er, I was worr--um, I didn't like seeing ya get hurt. Is all."

She looked away quickly, feeling her face warm up. Why on earth was she having such a hard time speaking?

Fezz hadn't expected that, and was a little surprised when he heard she screamed because of he was hurt. He wasn't sure how to take it at first, looking down at his feet the exact moment she looked away.

"Ah, I'm fine now, really. Leopoldo fixed me right up." He paid respect where it was due, but was thankful he was obscured by the column.

The scholar ran a gloved hand over his face while he was looking in what could only be called a mock attempt to both brush dust and blood (which in truth was there) and rub his eyes as if he had gotten something in them (which only really succeed in actually getting something in them) in a vain attempt to stop the reddening of his face. He began to wonder if he was daft, this was a battlefield for dragon's sake!

"I--uh--I thought you were hurt... Buuut I guess I suppose I shouldn't really worry about you: you handle yourself far better than I do. I just... Freeze up a little, I guess..." The historian sighed at his own fumbled words. He'll just be quiet now before he makes an ass out of himself.
