"Elenore got shot! Watch out people!" Matilda shouted, whipping her head back and forth at three directions; one where Sara was, one where Kretosian soldiers were coming from, and the direction from which the militia came, chasing some strange girl.

In a hurried panic, Sonja hurdled down into the valley before realising that the hooves of her pursuers had stopped. With a cursory glance at the horsemen behind her and with a whip of her head to look down at the object of their attention, she saw a terrible conflict unfolding. Gripping her tome tightly, she began rushing deeper into the valley before the horsemen could react. With a terrified expression, Sonja managed in a pleading choke;
