Julius suddenly came to a stop and skidded around until he was facing her.

"Ah! Finally a familiar _{sort of} face! _{sort of}"

  "I am Julius, adventurer, dreamer, do-gooder, and occasional trespasser. You are... uh Saara correct?"

Julius offered a handshake.


"I've been looking for members of our group since I never got to introduce myself properly. I was uh... "invited" on rather short notice you see."

[Taricus]

: "Yes, that would be me. Just try to keep the tresspassing to a minimum will you? I think we'll have enough of a collective headache without having to free you from a dungeon as well.

And that's all fair and well enough Julius. Though tell me, how did those Riemondian troops capture you exactly? You don't look anywhere near a professional soldier." Sara inquired, taking Julius' offered hand with her own free one, shaking it.

[Furtuka]

"Ah... well it's a bit of a funny story about that."

"You see I was uh... practicing."

[Taricus]

: "Practising what exactly?" Sara inquired, a little suspicious, but still more curious overall.

[Xanmyral]

"H-hey, I only fell asleep once. And... And... Sorry." The historian's voice petered off into an embarrassed mumble, scratching his forearm absentmindedly.
"But yeah, may be good to buy the supplies we want now to get it out of the way, while we have time. We probably won't be able to buy any more until we hit our destination." Fezz recovered quickly, nodding in ascent.
"I saw a book that interested me, it contained something more complex and powerful than this."

The scholar revealed the Photon book. Putting it back, he hesitated for a moment, glancing at Grifen and Leo.
"O-of course though, maybe it might be best for me to, er, not go off getting new books so soon. I didn't have enough for it anyway, so I suppose the subject is void."

[SeriousConcentrate]

"I might have enough to help you pay for it. How much do you need?"

"Don't feel bad about wanting to get new gear. I bought two new axes since we got into town. Hehe."

[Sirus]

: "Well, okay, I accept yer apology. And I have some gold as well!"

[Furtuka]

"I was... I was...      ...practicing dramatic entrances"

[Xanmyral]

The historian was surprised that the others would help monetarily for him.

"Oh. Um." The scholar hesitated, uncomfortable asking for money.

"I was a hundred and twenty short, if I recall right, a bit of a steep price. I think the spell was called 'Starshot', it looked more complex than 'Photon' like I said earlier. While complexity doesn't necessarily lend itself to stronger or more powerful magic, the two do often walk hand in hand."

"I promise to pay you back when I can, I know every little bit helps when it comes to money sometimes and a hundred and twenty isn't an insignificant amount."

[Sirus]

: "On it!"

Grifen rummages through her pouch and hands the amount of money needed to Fezz.

: "And I can give ya a ride back to the shop if ya want."

[SeriousConcentrate]

"I suppose Sheila and I will meet you back at the castle, then?"

Leo wouldn't have minded helping out, but if Grifen wanted to be the one to do so, then that was her prerogative.

[Taricus]

"I was... I was...      ...practicing dramatic entrances"

: "Uhhh... That's when you smash through a wall in full plate armour or something, right?"

[Furtuka]

"More along the lines of kicking a door open and announcing oneself, or swinging down from the roof or window in my case, but pretty much yes. A hero must always be prepared to leave an impression on those around him."

"Or in this instance accidentally slamming the door shut while doing a pose and jamming it stuck but lets not talk about that"

[Xanmyral]

Fezz takes the money and stashes it with the rest of his, not even bothering to count it. "Thanks Grifen, I really appreciate this. I think I'll take you up on that offer if you don't mind."

Addressing Leo, Fezz nodded. "It hopefully won't be too long, just a quick purchase. We may catch you on the way there."

The scholar waited for Grifen to get on Bree. He quickly pondered offering her help to get on Bree, but quickly decided he'd probably flounder. Being honest, he'd probably be the one needing help up.

"It was the store we found, back when you helped me look around. It was the store that was a bit out of the way, at the end of the street. No surprise it took a bit of looking to find it, I can't help but wonder why they picked that spot to sell their wares."
