As Psysquid is in charge of cogifications, I wouldn't try to cogify anything yet.

But he might have some new ideas in that messed up head of his. Plus would help him to get back him into a standard routine or doing something to distract himself.

Delay Cogifications +1

Cogify something other than these kids +1 (because waiting, probably better to do them all now?... tentative reason)

I don't like the idea of double mutatations. Should go easy on those. I would suggest something more like:

<changing Naryar's last list:>

2 with the same dual-mutagen procedure we used for Gorloceros, NOT Gorloceros mutagen.
2 with Gorloceros mutagen.
1 with Yellow King Psysquid mutagen.
2 females with Goo-Girl mutagen.  <--CAN team-up with SplinterCog for stealth missions
1 female with Succubus mutagen <--Research
1 with Mauve mutagen <-- Research, possible elemental/demonic powered kid
2 with Knighthowl mutagen.
1 with dolphin mutagen <--To try what Nihilism Psysquid said
1 for cognification, THEN dolphin mutagen
2 with merfolk mutagen
2 with Crab mutagen
1 with Psysquid mutagen THEN Chemista mutagen
1 with Chemista mutagen THEN Psysquid mutagen
1 with shark mutagen <can be further upgraded afterwards>
2 with barracudas
if we have access to arachnids:
     2 with spiders, 1 with scorpion, 1 with seagull
if we dont:
     2 with seagull, 2 with penguins
4 for regular cognification

ALSO, remember 30 mutations are A LOT. Everyone be advised another dark advisor MAY HAPPEN in this experiment, since there are so many kids.
I am ok with any list actually, I just posted this one since someone asked for aditional opinions. But I like the barracudas.

+1, but replace the 5 cogifications as this:

2 elephant wraith mutagen
1 squidconda mutagen
1 extra dolphin mutagen
1 giant catfish mutagen

He probably does have new ideas but probably does lack control and power atm.  Best to 'make him do something' that we want failed, or that can't fail, if we make him 'work' now.

Ah but is it really a failure if he makes some new monster/art piece to decorate the lobby from mashing 5 children together with steel and whatever Cogs are made of(Edit:Iron?)? (I'm joking)

Edit:Still sticking with my vote but we could keep one normal, like a hostage/successor/pet/spare. Then again we already have plenty of successor options, Cerulean being untrained but appears ideal once moulded, Gamington is close second, Chemista could take the reigns again but I dont think anyone would like her methods, Psysquid is hardly in fit condition to lead, plus many new ones that may appear.
Not like it will happen just bored and figured someone else may have views they don't mind sharing, if not just ignore this.

I like the idea of having a 'supply' of at-hand people/animals to mutate.  Considering our standards.... would schools of fish be acceptable?

Think about a large fishtank in the lair, or several of them, each with 10s or 100s of fish (even small fry), and each set up to be instantly all mutated, the entire tank, with some sort of mutagen.  Pick an air breather to give a chance of some of those fish being able to function out of water - have these tanks be close to the sea areas of our lair to give water-only instant mutants a chance to flop to where they can function.

Have that as an emergency system - and as an 'at hand' source for more specific mutations.

We don't have to mutate humans to get good results.  We can mutate fish to beast men, or to beast-beasts, then mutate the survivors from there, getting up to the level of minion we desire, whatever that is.  And we can do it in something of quantity, 10s at a time, 100s, whatever.  If we're doing something with low chances of success - alright.  There's still -plenty- of fish in the sea.  We just need to go catch some alive.

So kinda like the Yellow King's version of us, I like it, only with fish.

That mascot bonus was pretty damn good, and minions are ultimately expendable.  And I was thinking with the squirrel something small that can climb would be nice.  Although maybe a gecko or something would be better.  I would like more birds, but fish that can't do most missions seem to be very popular.
