We currently have no idea what abilities does she posess. Perhaps she can fire strems of acid. Perhaps she can drown people in her body. Regardless, I think it would be best to send the goo-girls simply because they can sneak into the asylum while we and the rest of our minions keep the hero and the security busy.

I'm pretty sure the Asylum's is too secure for that to happen. Besides, this is not a breakout. They won't be willing to come with us.

I wouldn't send chemista in the mission. We are going to need to fight,
and she is not the best fighter. I would send Lord G instead.

You said this already

And, no. This one reason why. This is the other reason why.

Chemista'a abilities determine the success of a mission, not combat rolls. Those are two diferent things. That's why I want Gamington, he has better combat opportunities, which could mean less casualities.

They won't be willing to come with us.

1)
show team-red that while they're still orphans, Cerulean has both a mommy and a daddy. That should totally break them.

2)
Chemista + Overlord = two mind control specialists

1)
Chemista is not leading the mission. The Overlord is.

2)
Gamington's defense ability is one-turn-only, and his offense abilty is first-turn-only:

http://eviloverlord.wikia.com/wiki/Special_Abilities

"Lord Gamington:
Dance the Damage Away (Passive): May activate only once. It will nullify -6 points of damage for a single round. Afterwards, may Good have mercy.
The Lance of Cain is the Cane of Doom?: +6 on Destruction attack, first round only."

They didn't come the first time, when Incognito was there. Now, they've just sustained a non insignificant amount of brainwashing. I doubt the situation will improve.

We didn't do anything the first time. They sustained no brainwashing at all. We made a single parting comment about how they should think about it and maybe realize who the monsters are, and then we walked away. This time we're going to take them with us or kill them.

I doubt the Asylum, where they reforge broken heroes into Heroes hellbent on destroying all evil, will increase someone's opinion of "evil". So we'll probably have to take them out.

I thought of the Asylum as some kind of brainwashing place...

That is an acceptable result.

In legal definition the're existense is to help thos mentally troubled to become cooperative with society. In, fact mental disability is defined when someone cannot function in society. An in psychiatry the word "cure" is considered to be a strong word they like using rehab.

Sort of like how when we brainwash someone they became more cooperative with us.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The sun slowly starts to set over the horizon as your zeppelin makes its way towards the Asylum. The high Security Asylum for Mentally Ill Heroes, the place where all the broken persons go to heal and to become something more.
The walls are tall, barbed wire covers them just as security guards patrol its outside with ferocious guard dogs. There are few things more terrifying than being in a prison. It's being in a prison for your own good.

"Heroes are national emblems of goodness," Chemista says suddenly. "A hero can do no wrong, and as such newspapers and journalists tend to take their versions as right, no matter what happens." Her goo-like eyes move to the closing in sight of the Asylum. "Do you know that the difference between a Hero and a Villain isn't just about their morals, but also their pasts? Villains always suffer, Heroes always have those shining bright moments of light...but Villains don't. Villains just have dark blotches of ink, moments of despair and even worse. In the end, Evil is merely selfishness trying to take from the world what it never would have wanted to give."

She looks back to where Cerulean is playing with the Piggy Bank happily.
"I know I'm stepping out of my line here, Overlord...but once we capture those broken heroes...let me take steps to ensure they can no longer be a threat."
"Like?"
"I have certain experiments I wish to conduct concerning Magical Girls. Having some life human specimens might work well."
"I'll think about it," you reply. She nods and then moves back next to Cerulean.

You hum a tune and adjust the Zeppelin's noise level.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Your zeppelin flies until the roof of the Asylum.
"Remember, we're here for the five Broken Heroes. Find them, capture or kill them quietly, and then leave. A frontal assault would be suicidal," Chemista explains once more to the Cogs. "Keep your voices down."
The Cogs nod, and slowly you all set out.

"Overlord, you first," Chemista whispers hinting towards the door to the lower levels.
You frown. Sure, taking care of the Alarms around the door is but a matter of seconds for someone of your caliber...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Then you step past it, and the rest of your troop follows you down the corridors that smell of alcohol and greasy hospital food. The smell is not only pungent, but utterly disgusting. Your very own being refuses to stay more than the time needed, as if some sort of 'horror' beyond 'horrors' stood hidden, lurking around the corridors and just waiting for a chance to stick his claws through your stomach and rip out your heart.

This sense of wrongness fills your mind, your heart drums as you start sweating beneath your clothes.
The stench of hospital becomes overpowering. How can patients actually live in here?
You look through a glass and still.
Behind said glass, there's a large beast -a sort of wolf- with a crusader-like cape hanging from the wall. The creature is sleeping, and yet its ears and nose twitch. You can hear it moan.

"No...No..." he whines pitifully. "I tried...I tried...Hold my hand! Don't fall! Gah!" then it awakens, and you hastily fall down on your knees like the rest of your troop, disappearing from sight.
"Damn nightmares," the creatures snarls. Then you hear it move and sniff the air. "Puah. Did one of the pipes leak or something?"
A Cog-Minion is actually slowly dripping oil from his pant-section on the ground.
Everyone looks at him with wide-eyes, but he just keeps quiet.
"Time for my rounds..." with a grumble, the creature moves out.
It is as tall as two men and half, and you can see with the back of your eyes that it's some sort of armored wolf-like paladin with sword and shield.
The cape too is part of his attire. The symbol on it is the same as that of the Hero association's Logo.
A white butterfly mask, in honor of the first mask ever worn by a hero.
The creature leaves down the corridor with slow but methodical steps.

You are left with a slightly hyperventilating Cerulean.
"Th...That was Knighthowl! The Heroic Hero...he's...like, one of the bestest! Like...I dunno, he's strong! Really strong! Like...they say he cleave in half mountains!"
"Silence," Chemista snaps. "This changes nothing. We knew there was an Heroic Hero. We're getting to the end of this, now. If he's here, then he might just be weaker than last time."
"But Knighthowl He can't be weak! He's a Heroic Hero!"
"Yes, but even Heroes have things they value, and thus, they have things they can lose."
You bring your right index finger to your lips to make them quiet up, and then you slowly move forward.

The first room you find holds the sleeping form of a girl and two Security Guards.
The girl, you don't know. The security guards, you give signs to your Minions.
Cerulean gasps lightly, before averting her gaze.
"Someone knows why a pipsqueak like this is assigned to Heroic Hero transformation?"
"Try and wake her up, hear what she says," the other guard suggests. "Not that she'll tell you anything. She's catatonic unless it's about killing Evil-Monsters. You know how they're taken right? Break them up completely and then transform them, right? Well, the girl's mother was killed in front of her eyes, they say the camera feed showed her devoured alive by a Goo-Girl. You know how much sick that is? You're drowning and melting away in acid, and you're practically being digested alive so it must hurts like crazy. Then the skin melts off, the fat and the muscles are exposed...and if you're unlucky, you're still screaming by the time you dissolve in bones."
"And she saw all that?"
"Best seats of the house," the other guard retorts. "Sick fucks, the lot of those monsters."
"I'm no longer hungry."
"She's not even one of the worst cases," the first guard replies. "You know Knighthowl?"
"Who doesn't?"
"They say he's here because he snapped at the Big Boss."
"Don't Heroic Heroes not break?"
"Course they don't. Doesn't mean they can't get angry."

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Both Guards fall down, dead.
You step closer to the girl, and you look at her lithe form attached to Iv drips. She can't be more than ten.
"Uhm...they were planning on substituting her in the Five Stars team," Chemista remarks dryly, taking her medical chart. "We don't need to save the others now if we want. They wanted a Magical Girls Team of Five. We can take or kill this girl and leave and they'll be set back extremely."
"But the others..." Cerulean whispers, and then looks at you. "Please dad, the others...and...you told me we shouldn't kill needlessly, right?" she looks at the girl hooked on the machines. "I...I'm sorry...please?"
"Overlord. The enemy did not react at our arrival-turn because of your ability. The next hour-turn might be different," Chemista states plainly. "And Knighthowl is not...he is not an enemy you wish to meet now. And whatever the choice is, removing her from the monitors will trigger the alarm if your evilness fails to make them work properly. We might win against this Heroic Hero but...it will not be pretty."
"Didn't you want some magical girls for your experiments?" you reply calmly.
"I can live without experimenting on one, as long as I get to live," she replies easily.

What do you do now?

“Do something!” she whispered, trying to keep her sight on all of them at once.
Basileus clapped his hands once. The Forgotten took a step forward, attracted by the sound.
“There, I did something. I clapped. I like clapping,” he said. -The Investigator And The Case Of The Missing Brain.

Take her and leave. We have accomplished our mission, that is preventing another 5-girl team from forming.

We may be evil, but we have standards. I say we take her and leave.
