Examine the wounds on the corpses

The Slimes have eaten too much away from the corpses to tell what exactly happened to them, perhaps the Slimes had even killed them themselves. Caboose does find that the corpses are probably Human or Elven though.

Some of their clothes were eaten away by the Slimes, however - Each of them has a pouch hanging from their belts, containing 77 and 95 Copper Coins.
One of them also has a second Pouch containing two small glass vials, one filled with a rather watery looking yellow liquid - And the other an equally watery gray liquid.
The pouches themselves are now filled with holes, so they wouldn't be of any use themselves.

Gayle can't really tell whether the Cave-In was recent or not.

Check out the vials, trying to see what the contents are.

One contains a watery yellow liquid, the other a watery gray liquid. They are unlabeled.

Check them a tiny bit better than that, calling in experience with screwing with screwing with dwarven weaponry.

You don't think they have anything to do the creation or maintenance of Dwarvern weapons.

Caboose listens to the eastern tunnel for anything that sounds like water while Edgar fails to grasp the concept of liquids

Just try to figure out what they are besides watery grey or yellow liquids in unlabeled glass vials.
Also look at the coins in detail, attempting to figure out how old they are and where they are from.

I dont think so. But you really dont want us to know what they are, do you?
And I know what liquids are, Its just I want more definition so i know weather or not to take it.

The coins look just the same as the ones you'd used before you ended up 'here', a currency used nearly universally.

Caboose tries to listen for water down the East tunnel. He can't hear water, but he does hear something else... Faint footsteps, and the chatter of high-pitched, raspy voices...
