Edgar wanders around, looking for a bedroll and a bag, along with a set of tools and a dagger or a staff.

((How does my blacksmithing work? Would i be able to improve my starting gear with a whetstone?))

Bekter turns and looks back briefly before heading into the ship.

"Many have died on my blades, warriors, champions and criminals alike. I did not stop to count.

I am called Bekter."

Caboose, ignoring all the chatter, wanders down the stairs and into the dark to see what he can find, if anything.

[Aninimouse]

Gayle, picking up a small chunk of wood from the wreckage, casts Create Light on it - warning the others before tossing it off into the darkness.
Her and Ket watch as it just barely reaches the wall on the other side. The cavern does appear to go back a bit further, though you aren't sure if there's anything of interest in the darkness.

Nixor wanders towards the tunnel, and Clair follows behind. It's a bit too dark down there to get very far, neither of you can exactly see in the dark.

Edgar finds Bekter with the bedrolls - he's also collecting other things from the crates. He does seem him with another backpack, though it'd be a bit large for Edgar to have on his back. It doesn't look like there are any daggers, staffs, or tools either.

Bekter begins searching through the crate of useless junk, though it's filled nearly to the brim with stuff, so it's going to take a while to go through everything.

Ket mind wanders to Whetstones. They could be used to sharpen a bladed weapon, and maintain it's condition, but it looks like most of the group's weapons are beyond that point.

Caboose approaches the stairs, but it looks like that if he were to go down the stairs, that it'd be much too dark to see anything without some source of light.

Continue searching through everything in the crate. Keep my loaded bag and empty bag close.

Retrieve one of the whetstones. Sharpen my claymore.

If the utensils are made of steel or bronze grab one and sharpen it. If not get a whetstone anyways, also look for some rope.

"I'll be borrowing that." Caboose says to Gayle, pointing at the shining plank.
Caboose hops off the ship, grabs the plank, then goes back to check out what's down the stairs

Head back to the light and pick up a plank

""Miss Gayle, could you cast that light spell on this?"

Junk, junk... Junk... Bekter's search through the junk crate isn't turning up anything interesting.

Ket and Edgar both collect a whetstone, which Ket uses to begin sharpening her sword. Edgar spots a rather large, somewhat tangled mess of rope next to Bekter.

And Caboose drops down from the ship and walks up to the now glowing chunk of wood on the far side of the room... Through the chatter of Clair, who seems to be asking Gayle about something, he could swear he hears a rather strange noise somewhere in the darkness... On the ship-side of the cavern, a faint... Sizzling?
