Also, question for the GM: when we hit 0 sanity, can we at least suggest our next mania or is it all your decision?
I haven't quite decided yet. You can suggest a phobia related to your current circumstances, and I would probably let you get it. But in the end it will be all my decision.

Since that’s 6 people so I will start writing up the characters, and getting turn 0 ready.

EDIT: Dang, am I too late?
Onto the waitlist you go, sorry.

As are both of you.

EDIT: Also, people put some prety good work into their bio's.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

So, here are everyone's character sheets. It goes without saying that if you have any problems with them (especially with the manias, as they probably aren't very balanced across characters), or I got something wrong, or you spotted one of my (surely numerous) typos or minor formatting mistakes you should point it out if you want it fixed, because once the game starts your characters can't be changed.
Also note that all statuses, manias, and items with any effect use the abbr tag. This means that if you hover over them they show quite a bit of information. On firefox they are underlined with little dots, but on other browsers they aren't, so its possible to miss them.

((See, I was so majorly confused.  When I looked up aquaphobia, it had a wiki page as being the fear of water.  I look it up in the online dictionary and it doesn't exist, but hydrophobia does.  I look up hydrophobia on a list of phobias and it means either fear of water or rabies.  I had aquaphobia there at first, but then I switched it to hydrophobia... and now I may switch it back.  Stupid long phobia words >:U))

I AM NOT SURE WHETHER TO BE THE INSANE GUY OR THE REPORTER!

Know what? I'll be the reporter. I don't want to RP as what I am IRL  :P

Okay, reporter it is. Not that it really matters that much now, you can change your charachter when/if you end up getting in.

There's a weird [/abbr text thing in the little popup text box for my pink towel, but other than that everything looks great.  Still don't know if it's aquaphobia or hydrophobia, so you can use whichever as long as she's scared of water.

Fixed. I accidently tried to close the first part of the tag with [/abbr] instead of just ], which led to the [/abbr remaining, and the ] being used to close the first part of the tag.

Turn 0: A Plan is Needed
The sun rises, and the scope of the destruction is apparent. All that remains of the mansion is a burnt husk. The inner sanctum is buried far underground under tons of rubble and dirt, although presumably still intact; not even the massive explosives they used to destroy the tunnels and disrupt the ritual should have been able to break them (although the backlash from the failure of the ritual almost certainly killed everything within).

The grounds surrounding the mansion are in just as bad shape, besides your small group not a single living thing remains. Although The Ritual was incomplete its partial effects are clear; the lifeforce of everything not psychically shielded within miles of the mansion was completely drained, another ingredient used to fuel The Ritual.

The Brotherhood has always had a goal, and although only 6 of you remain a goal is still very much needed.
What shall the brotherhood do next?

You can still change your characters if you want, because I realize that not everyone got a chance to since I just posted them up like an hour and a half ago.
Also, minor pet peeve of mine, when you are talking out loud I would very much appreciate if you use colored text.
On turn 1 you will be furnished with a map of the nearby town, so that you can know where everything is and such.

((I... didn't actually mean for the cane to be thorny per se, just made out of the woody plant in question, and of rather high quality. It sounds kinda magical the way you've written it up, actually, and not like a gentleman's accoutrement at all. Not really what I was going for there.))

"Erm... well..." Roger stammers as he looks over the survivors. They seem... crazy. And unhinged. And dangerous.

Some of them are even women, for Christ's sake!

"Guess we're done here, then!"

Run! Go home! Screw the cult!

If home unavailable, go to a flophouse. At any rate, screw this cult business - it's scary and not very pleasant!
