Make sure no one runs. If no one does, look around carefully.

Mystica slowly looks at the lady with the pointy-ended crossbow then turns her head and points it in Roger's direction, staring at him with an almost creepy clarity.
"Do you have... a death wish?  Nobody can just leave simply because they want something stupid like a vacation.  If you run, you're going to get shot, and if you escape, we'll have to come after you." she says neutrally, as if pointing out a common fun fact.

Scouting her eyes overs the consumed mansion, Mystica searches for a blunt weapon, such as a stick, as Roger tries running for it again.  If that idiot keeps trying to purposely kill himself, then she'll help out by putting him out of his misery.  There are few things more comforting than a solid whack! to the head, and it would certainly keep him from becoming a nuisance.

Next turn will be done tomorrow, I already had most of it done, but then I lost my flash-drive.   :'(
EDIT: Although I am now technically a day late, I have a pretty good excuse. I refound my flash drive (apparently they have a flash-drive only section of the lost and found at the computer lab), but then I lost it again later in the day at some point (between the library at school and getting home to finish the turn which I already had almost finished). I'll get it done in a few hours though, so no worries.

Turn 2: Quick, Into The Mansion

HIt the floor, you have no idea how much I just want to shoot this at anyone, do you want to be the one to give me the excuse?
"Um... well... no, really, but..."
"It's the police! Scram!"
Unfortunately for Roger, his little trick fails completely, and [4+2]v[6+1] Jannys’ fires her crossbow, the bolt heads unerringly for his head. Luckily for him however, he manages to deflect the bolt with his staff at the last moment. It is only after the bolt is fired that Jannys looks behind her, finding a complete lack of police officers in any direction.
[1 bolt removed from inventory]
[2]v[2] Roger takes this chance to attempt to run up the nearest alley. Seeing a distinct lack of alleys (as he is in the middle of the countryside next to an abandoned mansion with extensive private fenced off grounds), he decides that it would be best to get whatever cover is available; inside the husk of the mansion. He manages to get away from most of the group, but Lamb keeps tight on his trail. [1]v[1+1] Lamb once again tries to stop Roger, but he appears to be completely unable to gain on him, nor is Roger able to escape. How bothersome.

((All rolls inside the mansion are non-trivial))

"Do you have... a death wish?  Nobody can just leave simply because they want something stupid like a vacation.  If you run, you're going to get shot and… Dammnit, stop running away while I am talking to you."[6] Figuring that a weapon would help her ensure that Roger does what is proper, Mystica looks around the mansion. She finds quite a few things that could work as makeshift weapons; broken stones, twisted pieces of metal, some beams, even a huge blackened femur from some terrifyingly large humanoid. She shudders, the sight of it causing a momentary terror that she cannot express or explain. She grabs a nearby stone from the floor as a makeshift weapon, feeling unnaturally disquieted.
[3] Mystica’s mood remains normal.
[Medium Stone]

Kathryn wanders around, and is unable to find any nearby greenery or life. She knows that if she walked far enough away from the ritual site that there would be living things though. But to do that she would need to leave the mansion grounds, and probably keep walking for a bit beyond that. Perhaps something else managed to survive, buried underground in the inner sanctum, but she has no way of checking.
[3-1]  Clair makes a break for it away from the wall, but as she is running the end of her plank hits a portion of the remaining roof, and a small stone falls on her head. She falls to the ground, and waits in horror for the wall behind her to finally topple over.  After a few seconds of not being buried once again in rubble she looks back at it. It appears to have collapsed completely, as if to say that she wasn’t even worth the effort of being fallen on. Her head still aches something awful though.

That was stupendous luck. To think that I actually managed to deflect such a bolt, Roger thinks as he runs. Nevertheless, I mustn't stop running - the others mean me harm now, and it is only through either blissful escape or martial superiority that I may avoid them, the crazies that they are!

Run for your life!

Kathryn suddenly felt and overarching need to escape this horrible, dead place. She didn't think anything would ever grow again.

But unlike the other one, she thought it over. She would need preparation first.

Action: Kat combs the ruins for any intact artifacts or knowledge.

Give up chase. There was no more Brotherhood to reveal, the Lamb thought. Go help Kathryn in the Ruins and find some artifacts.

"Now where'd he run off to?" Mystica mutters, heaving the coarse, gray rock from its brethren from the rubble.  Having a lunatic run away would be very troublesome for Brotherhood progress so the best idea would be to knock him out cold and leave him to dry.  Still, his speed was bothersome.  With serious doubts she could match it, Mystica decides to check if Roger is still hanging around.

If she manages to find Roger, she'll calmly ambush him and knock him out with the rock.  People had to do that for mother all the time because she got upset a lot so it should be okay.  Mystica never was able to like mother.

Kat looked up from her scrounging, seeing Lamb approach. She wondered how he had survived.

She knew it was almost pointless to speak to him-he had essentially no grasp on reality. She doubted he had any emotions whatsoever, except to hurt her. Which was all she remembered the Cult ever doing. Ahh, The Screaming Room...what child had not endured it during the years of educated indoctrination, for the sake of the Cults harmony? She certainly had...a torrent of the years abuse came to a head right then. She didn't even properly know Lamb, but hated him all the same.

"...Hello Lamb. My beautiful plants are dead, and so are my parents. And so is our fucking cult." She asked, her voice low and angry. "Do you even care? Or did you just come to spy on me? Maybe find out if I the thoughts of the dissenter within me? Well, there's no more screaming room for you to send me to if I talk bad about our precious family, so you'll just have to kill me with your bare hands now-if you're man enough."

Lamb turns his head to the side sheepishly at the mention of the cult being dead, and of the cult hurting them.

"No..no. The Family is not dead. No one is dead."

He looks around, seeing the corpses and wilted flowers.

"Nothing is dead..."

His head pops up at the mention of him not caring, head turning in question, realizing the truth and suddenly snapping.

"How could I not care? I've always cared about everything! That "family" you're mocking was the only thing I knew! The sun, the moon, even bicycles were completely and utterly alien to me! I knew nothing! I didn't know the truth, this was my only truth. Do you know how hard it is for someone to find out that everything is a lie? My "truth" was hiding from outcasts! A pariah among the unwanted! To them I was a rat crawling on the floor, a nuisance that they barely accepted.

I envied children like you. The Screaming Room was made to teach! Even if it were false truths, they were still truths! I had nothing!"

The Lamb turned his head again, calming down.

"Hey. Where did Family go? Why are the flower's sleeping?"

"I don't know where they went...we all promised our life essence to Aor even after death, remember? And, we didn't give him what he wanted..."

Insofar as Kat allowed herself to comprehend incomprehensible beings, she knew they understood debts. And payment due. She had an idea, that the souls of the dead had been taken...to the other place, in lieu of the promised passage to Earth and implied dominance. She wondered if after their own deaths, they would likewise be claimed.
