Would those tentacles have done anything interesting?  Did I miss anything in the tree?  What targeting words did I have in my book?  Was that cake just a weird contamination effect?

The tentacles would have tried to kill you. There was nothing much in the tree, though GWG did miss the scroll that was stuck to the bottom of his little island thingy. You had Yothjyl, <Nearest Other Target> as well as the one in your starting sentence. The cake was a result of unspecified words, which ended up using the word for <Food>.

Also, you should all pick out a unique identifier for yourself. It should be no more than ten by ten pixels. You can give me a description or put it in an imagefile.

This isn't a symbol to replace your character, this will float next to them.

Orange T on a silver background.

Use a Möbius strip instead, then.

Whichever you like. Also, do you guys think I should add gods? I'm thinking of adding some. They would work differently from the ones in piecewises game. Instead, they have certain rituals, like burning someone to death or destroying a magic item. When you compete one of these they give you a boon: Healing, Knowledge, Weapons, etc. They also have taboos you have to avoid, major ones that you can't just ignore.

I don't care about gods and choose a simple circle with a simple G in the middle. Possibly colored yellow-orange.

Oh, give me an orange slice of cheese, then.

And as for the gods, I don't care one way or another.

Spoiler: Symbol Keys (click to show/hide)

You appear in a flash of light, a strange sheaf of papers clutched in your hand and a number of confused looking people blinking at you. This seems familiar...

I'll send you your words when you inspect your papers. By which I mean tomorrow, cause I am tired.
