Don't think this is still accepting sheets but posting to watch either way, this is sure to be entertaining.

((There's a mechanic, apparently, involving waitlisters. I'm sure there's no harm in making a sheet))

Roger basks in the sunlight outdoors, ignoring the bustle inside. It called back in, "Let me know if you find anything interesting, or need a little extra cash for something!"
Obviously the sun is doing it some good.

"You know, the more I think about it, the more I like Mowsalyn's team name. Anyone object if I go tell that Register Toad to write us up under 'The Seekers'?"

As the team split up to buy supplies, Ash swayed over to a corner by herself.

"Alright Ashton, what's the money situation look like down there?"
"you know what this is a lot of coin Ashley what if that guy comes looking for us I mean we got his badge and his money and all and he is probably pretty mad about that"
"Don't worry about it, our disguise is perfect! We got the hero gig, right?"
"uh I don't know Ashley that Register Toad seems a few coins short of a change drawer if you know what I mean and also we were not pretending to be him while wearing his own outer garments"
"Look, we'll burn that bridge when we come to it. Now walk over there, I want to see if we have enough coin to buy anything."
"Ashley please use your words I cannot see what direction you are pointing"

Murmuring softly to herself, Ash walks unsteadily toward Warioware: Mega Magic!

Fair enough, wouldn't hurt to at least make one. Fun to make a silly character every now and again, if nothing else.

((Bless you, Irony))

"Move it, Ashton! It's taking forever to get anywhere this way."
"well uh excuse me for not being able to sprint while carrying my own body weight and also I'm blind"
"No, this is a serious problem. What happens if we have to cheese it for some reason? If we have to abscond then we'll have to ditch the coat, and that'll blow our cover."
"Ashley you keep saying "abscond" but I am not entirely sure you know what that word really means and besides what kind of Hero spends all their time running away anyway"
"An alive hero, that's what kind. You know, these sleeves look pretty baggy..."
"Ashley I know you're pondering what I'm pondering but if people see bare feet peeking out where they'd expect to see hands then the jig will be up and also we'd look hella hunchbacked"
"If anyone asks, we're horribly deformed from a terrible magical accident. That explains why we're constantly concealed from head to toe, too!"
"ooh right like we're so ugly with arms where our face should be and stuff like that what makes everyone within line of sight vomit up everything they've eaten that week all over the place like we were a Medusa of bile or something yeah I can get behind that but I do not know as you have the acrobatic goods to essentially put on a pair of pants both legs at once while standing three feet above the ground and also the pants are too long for you"
"I've been training for this moment my whole life! DACHSHUND FORMATION GO!"

Ash's arms ripple forward before her entire torso lurches over, leaving her on hands and knees... uh, hands and fee- well feet and feet it looks like, before the sleeves are carefully adjusted to cover the naked extremities. A noise not unlike a muffled high-five emerges from the trenchcoat before the oddly humped individual scampers off to Warioware: Mega Magic at a much accelerated pace.

~Prologue Pt. 4~

Mowsalyn dumped out the rest of her pockets, revealing only strings, buttons, sand, bones, paper and a single tiny wiggler-which turned red and retreated back into her pocket. She frowned, her nose and ears drooping.

Oh well! Time to make her money go as far as it could...

Action: Scurry over to Cheep Cheep Deals!

Mowsalyn scurried over to a run-down stall that looked empty at first. Moving closer, she noticed a little glass aquarium sitting in the back. A red Cheep-cheep hopped to the surface and cling to the glass with its wing-fins.

: "AY, GURL! Welcome ta CHEAP CHEEP'S DEALS! I'm CHEAP CHEEP and I'll be yer host today! I gots everything ya need and no guarantees! If yer looking fer badges, whappins, shrooms or tickets to last night's game, it's all here, one way or another!"

Her few remaining gold coins trembled at the sight of such a shady, handsome salesman. She didn't see any merchandise displayed up front. Something was definitely fishy about this store.

Sir Bigglesworth was not daunted. In fact, 'daunted' was not part of his dictionary. Just like 'cowardice', 'shame' or 'too old'.

March straight into the Armory and examine yon wares with great interest.
Follow good Sir Bigglesworth to King Koop's Overstock Armory!

Sir Bigglesworth the Righteous walked over to King Koop's armory. Mimic Guy mimicked him. The stall was hewn from grey stone, and a very familiar face was carved all over it. A Koopa Troopa with squinted eyes greeted them.

"Ahaaha, greetings. We're a tad low on stock today. How may I help you...?"

: 200 coins
: 300 coins
: 600 coins

[2][3] It occured to both Bigglesworth and Mimic Guy that something wasn't right about the shop's overall theme, but they couldn't quite place or care what it was.

((And my sides.))

((mine, too))

"Look, we'll burn that bridge when we come to it. Now walk over there, I want to see if we have enough coin to buy anything."
"Ashley please use your words I cannot see what direction you are pointing"

Murmuring softly to herself, Ash walks unsteadily toward Warioware: Mega Magic!

Ash did the Dachsund Shuffle all the way to WarioWare: Mega Magic. This was a fairly popular stall - several critters were waving around bags of coins toward the shopkeeper. When the totally inconspicuous bounty hunter finally made his way to the front of the line, he saw a diminuitive girl behind the counter.

: "MmmHMHMHMHMM! Welcome, my friend, to Warioware: Mega Magic. I think you'll find our offerings... enchanting."

: 500 Coins
: 600 Coins
: 1000 Coins
: 1000 Coins
: 3000 Coins

((There's a mechanic, apparently, involving waitlisters. I'm sure there's no harm in making a sheet))

Roger basks in the sunlight outdoors, ignoring the bustle inside. It called back in, "Let me know if you find anything interesting, or need a little extra cash for something!"
Obviously the sun is doing it some good.

Roger slid outside the Hero Forge, feeling instantly refreshed by the sun. A wooden walkway above the ocean stretched all the way back to the main part of Toad Town. Towering over most of the traders jogging back and forth on wooden planks, Roger could easily see a cruise ship docking just a quick jaunt away. Maybe that's where "Junior" would be?

As the large, blue Pokey strolled across, he noticed a set of planks creaking loosely under his weight. Scurrying off them, he turned around and saw five or six boards on the walkway were missing a bunch of nails. That didn't look safe at all... in fact, upon closer inspection, it looked like the boards were being bashed from the bottom, their nails coming looser and looser as he watched!

[1]

*CRK-KOOM*

: "BWAAAARG!"

A GIANT, gelatinous creature erupted from the watery depths below, shattering the planks with the full force of its wobbly head. Just feet away, Roger was stunned. Not even started on his first quest and he was already up against some sort of undersea monster! The blue beast retreated back into the water for a moment and burst out even closer to Roger, sending the shards of another wooden board into the ocean.

: "AM TAKE BAAAAAAAAAACK!"

Everyone else on the walkway - traders, children, wanderers - clamored away from the gaping hole where this frightening creature stood, yelling and stomping one another into squashed shapes in their panic. Only the wannabe Pokey hero stood in one place.

The rest of the group, still shrouded by the heavy commotion inside, was blissfully unaware.

((And my sides.))
((mine, too))

((Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all game. Unless I die. But hey, I'm children, how likely is that to happen? The answer, of course, is "ffs is the GM"))

Arriving at Warioware, Ash takes a moment to return to her vertical orientation, swaying side to side as she rises. She shuffles to the front of the line, keenly examining the goods on display.

"Ooh, this slavery sphere is nice..."
"Ashley I am not entirely sure you should sound so entranced by the thought of forcing creatures into bondage without their consent and also we should be saving up to get all the badges that is our plan remember?"

Ash's face disappears within her trenchcoat.

"But we can't afford the badges yet!"
"Well if we don't save up we won't never be able to afford them huh"
"Hang on, what's our share of this quest's reward?"
"Uh okay I see what you are saying and 1500 five ways means 300 Coin for us which is not enough for a new badge but listen if we take this sphere thing then we have to save up even longer and also the sphere is not guaranteed to work so that could just be six hundred coins pissed away real quick like"
"Then we'll be careful about using it, right? We should have an ace up our sleeves to go with the pair of Jokers."
"Ashley most card games don't even use the Jokers don't do it nooooo"

Ash's face reemerges from her trenchcoat as the bounty hunter slaps the stall emphatically; or rather, it would have been emphatic, but since her hand is completely sheathed in sleeve the effect is closer to a mild thump.

"I will take one of your finest Slavery Spheres, my fair lady!"
"Ashley you ain't never seen My Fair Lady why you got to put on airs like that"
"Aha, excuse me, I, uh, swallowed a small television earlier today." the Bounty Hunter says apologetically, turning her face down to address her stomach. "Shut up, you'll give us away!"
"Whatever let's just name the team and head to the ship now that we are as bankrupt in coin as you are in morals"

+1 Slavery Sphere, -600 Coin
Formally name team "The Seekers" with the Register Toad
Dachshund Formation to the ship!
