((If hitting the wrong part, it will overpenetrate completely and explode behind them with reduced damage. It will pull the enemy towards the shooter.))
((If the enemy is hit in an armored location and the armor is denser than flesh, it will explode after leaving the armor, causing less damage but damaging the armor.))
((If the enemy is hit in an armored location and the armor is not denser than flesh, it will pierce and ignore the armor outright.))
((Distortion beams require more difficult rolls to hit, but can ignore some armor and deal more damage. However, against units without any vital parts, it is impossible to hit the right part, hence all shots will overpenetrate and pull with reduced damage.))

Selina is too scared to answer, but looks okay.

Cyrielle continues resting while hugging Richard. Because firstly, it would change her staff's recharge rate to 0.5 due to her resting rather than the 0.25 from not resting and secondly, to tease Richard.

<Retreat if you are in danger, if you need to attack someone, a shot to the vital organs will be rather effective... if you don't want to kill, then aim away from vital organs, but it will blow people towards you if you use enough magic. You'll be fine.>
((Normally beams don't have much pull, maybe enough to screw up balance if they hit a knee or something from the front, but that's about it.))

<The detonation is activated by going through something of higher density before going something of lower density, so going, air->body->air will set it off, as will air->skull->brain. So... if you're in danger, memorize the location of an enemy and press the staff against it before firing through it. Because going cement->air will not trigger it.>
