Andromalius nods and [DEX:50+12(7)] [MAG:79(7)] fires tiny, low-power, low-aperture beams at Gerald's joints, not causing much damage at all (since they would have over-penetrated completely) but boring a hole each in his elbows and knees to immobilize him.

Richard is clearly trying to stop himself from drawing his Evoker and finishing Gerard off.

His finger is reaching for his Evoker. Richard can just imagine summoning Ixion, and striking him with lightning.

"Do not execute him."

"Directive acknowledged. Awaiting orders from commanding officer." Andromalius rests for now.

"I am the commanding officer. Directive is not to kill him."
Anima coughs, winded slightly.

Richard is still controlling himself, but he manages not to pull out his Evoker to finish him off.

RotMG Multipliers:
Decay: Calculated at the end of the turn, decay is equal to the roll without modifiers, divided by ten and rounded down. Dodging/parrying/blocking does not cause decay.
Regeneration: Calculated at the beginning of the next turn, regeneration is always 0.25 when not resting and 0.5 when resting. This applies to both forms.
Charging: Charging does not cause decay even though it uses a stat roll.

Andromalius nods once.
"Looks like he might be up for a death penalty from the legal system then... shall I heal and sedate him?"
