((Set point gain after combat, a 7x multiplier to all stats and added to a D100 roll. Decay of 0.1 for the multiplier after each roll with progressive recovery when not in combat and slower recovery when in a separate form. Both forms start at 7x, but the multiplier is separate for each one.))
