Though the lightning will no heat up anything and won't disrupt any bodily functions, plus there won't be any accompanying thunder. If some says something about lightning not striking twice, it happens as well. Twice.))

Selina grabbed Victoria's shoulders and brought her into an incredibly deep and passionate kiss! Trying desperately to get Victoria out of the memory.

Victoria hardly seems to notice the kiss, her perception of reality so perturbed that she wasn't entirely sure about anything really. She doesn't receive the message as, as mentioned previously, she isn't wearing her bracelet. In fact, she isn't even breathing through her nose, if Selina continues kissing her, her shell will suffocate.

Selina stops kissing Victoria, and looks right into Victoria's eyes, trying to find something, anything there.

I'll just guess at the results.
Selina's new bit of scalp is a pinkish color but will be slightly darker than the rest of her head once it heals; if anyone shaves her head and investigates, they might notice it, but it will look more like a big, faint birthmark than anything. The new spot of head will be tender for a while, but if all went well with removing the enchantment it shouldn't be nearly as bad. Her hair also has a little bit of growth, something like peach fuzz; it will grow at a greatly accelerated rate for about a month, although Selina will need haircuts before then if she does not want her hair to reach her knees. And, most importantly, the chunk of tissue with the scar on it is gone.
Selina is roused.

"Selina? It's over. Are you okay?"

Selina has locked herself in the bathroom, rocking back and forth in a corner. The other Angel was crazy! She wanted to cut her... CUT HER! Why did that Angel want to hurt her!?
