Cyrielle takes out a laptop and begins programming a 3D cellular automaton simulation with mutating rule-strings. Additionally, each rule-string set can have conditional numbers that depend on other factors such as coordinates relative to other cells. The simulation selects against rule-strings with explosion patterns and rule-strings with low pattern variation whilst it selects for chaotic rule-strings and stable rule-strings. [MIND:100+10(7)] "Dammit Derm! *sigh* I guess @Elf is going to use this to ship me again... though then again, it could be interesting to see how he does so with a cellular automaton..."
