As for the setting and map, that's pretty cool. I thought you must have ripped it from one of the FO games, it was only when I did a google search for setting info that I realised otherwise, hehe.

Unless nuka-cola has more of an enhancing effect on alchohol and this ghoul is trying to get you drunk...

Sam didn't drink at all in the vault, he doesn't even know what Vodka actually is. He'd seen the name before but thats all.As far as he knows it could be another name for Milk.

I'm gonna say no to dual wielding. Well, you can, at massive penalties to accuracy. I'd say its only viable if you're gonna use two smgs in an emergency.
