Winter will be soon, i need to have something to drink, i cant make alcohol, pls help.
What workshop i need, what plants i need, what i need, how to make alcohol.

You want a Still, a dwarf with the Brewer skill, the easiest plants to brew from is the Plump Helmets that are so prolific but if you go outside you can pick strawberries and make Strawberry Wine, and it's as simple as selecting the Still and then Brew Drink.

You also need Barrels to fill with the drink, if you have no free Barrels or Pots you won't be able to brew more booze.

Brewing be the skill, in farming category
Brewable plants can be found in z-kitchen screen ( blue is allow, red is don't allow )
And finally the barrels or large pots to put the booze in

If there're no brewable plants listed, then send gatherers out to rip up the local countryside for some with plant gathering designation

z brings up the status meanu. From in there, navigate to the 'kitchen' option.

Press z, then have Kitchen bright and hit enter, it lists currently available cookable and brewable materials and their amount.

If you mean removing the rock from the room and you're intending to put a non-stone stockpile there, then;

Dump the rock ( easiest done through d > b > d and designating the area you want dumped ) into a dump zone ( 'i' for zone, then 'g' to set it as garbage and designate it. Only need one tile really )
 or
Stone stockpile somewhere else and wait for dwarves to haul it there. Add wheelbarrows if you don't mind waiting after making some if you don't want everyone taking forever.

If the room's meant to be for stone stockpile and the rock there would fit there, just designate the stockpile.

i want to make farming plot, i have a dwarf with farming(fields) skill but he down want construct my fields (waiting for construction)
he have free time cuz he have only farming (fields) labor.

is that a mod? I think the relevant labor is planting in the original game.

They sometimes take their time to complete tasks like builiding farming plots.

Check the dwarf, sometimes they'll be On Break, it takes a week or two for them to go to No Job and start paying attention to work orders. Sometimes they're just slow, though.

You could temporarily enable the farming labor for another dwarf, just to get the job done.
