Actually,  I found Tropico 3 to be much better. Tropico 4's mission system made it way to easy.

Check out the new modern expansion and then tell me it's too easy :P

The only roguelike I play at this time is ADOM, and it's been a favorite of mine since around 2004. Still haven't beat my high score of 139,000 points from 2006 though.
