Yeah, it was a limitation put in the original game so he wouldn't know everything the other players were doing. He'd know what mortals (in this place) know of it, but nothing else, unless Elf's upped Corvus' powah level.

Ah, Florencio was understating his military connections and would know some information then, though not all the technical specifications. No need to PM then seeing as if I recall correctly, he already mentioned the extent of his knowledge on them previously.

For example, if say, the non-deterministic phenomena of quantum physics had a yet to be to found basis that is entirely deterministic, would he know that the effects are the asolute turth ut the true randomness of it is not?))
