Lucinda takes out his phone and checks the casualties of the latest incident.

There's about 100 people left alive, with about 20 of them in need of medical attention. Unfortunately, that teleport interdiction effect is still up so there's no real way of getting them medical professionals.

Lucinda sighs, not much he could do.
Silica walks over to the scene of the event and helps out with a temporary measure for the twenty people. By which I mean she shoots them in the base of their necks with a nailgun to transmute them into solid aether. Their limbs are still broken and their quality of life is still fuck all but at least they won't bleed out.

One person becomes possessed by Xantalos speaks up:
Werent you here for the attack by the giant cubes or whatever the fuck they were? The there was that one guy looking for the Stone or whatever it was. The cubes killed around 90,000 of the people in the city, and whatever his name was - we've taken to calling him the Tall Man - offed at least 5000. Far as we can tell we're the only ones left.
