Lilja drops her rifle into its scabbard, spins around and taps her phone before displaying its screen at the cube. A page quickly loads and a magical shockwave erupts out from the website: lolbasilisks.com It's just like lolcats.com! Except with less cats and more basilisks! The current image is of a basilisk with a monocle and top hat. Even if the cubes cannot see, they are affected by it.

Roll to determine the status effect. A very low roll would be something like "slightly sparkly", a low roll could be "minor poison", a medium roll may be "on fire", a high roll could be "drug overdose", a very high roll would be instant death and a critical would be "localized magical genocide".
Actually the Super-Ego just fades whilst its owner exits combat.
Florencio goes near the engines and evicts cubes via more thruster spells.

Kyle and Kyle seem rather calm. They've both donned their respective armors and are staring down the cubes.
*Attacky stuff*
The fae of the two glares at the cube before pulling out a twelve of swords.
"Making it rain!"
Cue rain of magically guided swords.

The human sighs and raises his hand lifting the cubes into the air before crushing the and sending them barreling into the ground at high velocity.

Jerik Brings down the thunder on these cubes. Literally. He's literally using chain lightning to fight them.
Coyote seems to be doing a mix of acrobatics, a few one-liners, and machinepistols.
Catherine's fighting seems to rely on just various ice/water attacks.
Oh hey, it's Lucas. What's he doing? Ripping apart the cubes with his mind, why do you ask?
Grace is just trying to open fire on a few scattered cubes.
^N'Kraan is nearby still, It's arms fourfold, with a series of lasers emitting from them, lancing out at some of the cubes.
Elizabeth is currently trying to run for cover, seeing as she basically is defenseless.
Lucas is just covering her escape, along with a few other civilians who are no doubt fleeing.

Alith helps whichever Lucas he recognises, using his bow and arrows.

Vix heads for a defensible location, but while doing so he does several things. First, he gets his staff, his sword, and his armor out of his bag.
Afterwards, he takes the cold aura around him and boosts it to the point of freezing (or at least severely slowing) anything caught in it besides him and the cryswarm, the latter which is ferociously attacking any cubes within its reach in a way you'd expect from a swarm of durable enchanted crystal shards. Anything he can see outside of the cryswarm sphere (not a ton, but enough to know where he's going at the least) gets a sharp mass of ice shot at it.

Yukari looks for Lucinda. If anything, he would know what's going on. Anyone looking at Yukari would see a grey, translucent spirit, with green glittering dragonfly wings flapping behind her.
So yeah, Daeron is very confused.

Anyhow Imma plot in 4-5 hours.

A blast of blue energy smashes into the side of the cube on Diana's hand, hopefully removing it. Clearly, someone fired it.

Lucinda runs past Yukari and gets both of them the fuck away from the combat area. "I have no idea what's happening, but I suggest we keep them as far away as we can and hit them with spells!"
