Lucinda's self appears next to her and repeats it to her with a whisper into her ear before walking over to Gaston and Fuuka.
"Is the oppressive poison of wine oft an hindrance to the fair lady?"

Fuuka shakes her head.
Yukari, to answer his question...[2. I really hate Cado.]...gives him a little peck on the cheek, giggling.

Lucinda's Self examines the Yukari's glass. Was there anything differing bewteen it and Lucinda's glass?
"Oh my... this certainly is unexpected."
Lucinda doesn't entirely accept it just yet. Both cases had a significant margin for error, but together, they indicated a higher possibility of her having feelings for him.

Nope. It's not spiked, enchanted, cursed, blessed, or anything.

Her constitution failed her this time.
She giggles more.
Gaston immediately looks for anyone displaying shifty behaviour. Alith was a doppelgänger, he could easily be someone in the resturant.

Lucinda's Self fades. "Why did you seem so surprised when  said I once had a boyfriend?"

"I may or may not be interested myself.."
"No sign of Alith.

She really is zat drunk and quickly, Monsieur."

Lucinda nods.
"Oh? But why? I am involved in the underworld am I not?"

"Why not, Lucinda? You're a nice guy!"

[Empiricist]

"Perhaps, but I am not too pleasant when pressuring is required. I may be a nice guy, what about the others? Surely they are of higher standard?"
Lucinda decides to speak of such issues as she likely wouldn't be very convicted if she was simply drunk.

"Weeelll....Gaston-san's funny, but he's a bit....shady, Alith's a trickster, Richard's taken, and Wikus....well....he's not my type."
"I think we need to check the wine."
Oh dear. Accent dropped.

Stuff got serious.

"But surely there is an entire city to scour over, why only consider so few?"
Luncinda nods.

"Well, the entire city didn't protect me, and it didn't try and help me follow my dreams, did they?"

[Empiricist]

"I see that arguing is pointless, I concede. But do let me ask, what if I ask you later? Will you not deny it?"
