"It had access to an entire Titan stronghold we were researching, plus, it seemed it's entire function was to reset the world in the event the Old Gods ever become too powerful. The stronghold was dangerous, so adventurers were sent to escort Brann Bronzebeard and his people. I think Brann was involved anyway. The construct seemed to be impressed by the warriors it was fighting."

[Empiricist]

"How many of those warriors died in the process?"

[Vgray]

"Hmm. I'm not sure. They were hardened warriors, hardened by the many hardships we've lived through recently. Hardened enough to survive Northrend, which is were we found the Titan ruins by the way. We sought the technology of our creators to help with the war. And apparently, hardened enough to impress a construct created by beings who some worship as gods."

[Empiricist]

"Wait, so there were just runs there that no one remembered?"

[Vgray]

"Northrend isn't exactly a pleasant place to live even without the undead around."

[Empiricist]

"Ah. Right, that explains it. We do occasionally have forgotten facilities show up, but often, there isn't much of worth that isn't monetary and/or historical."

[Vgray]

"Brann Bronzebeard is one of Magni's brothers by the way. Not that he would take the throne if you offered it to him. He'd much rather be out exploring old ruins."

[Empiricist]

"What do the ruins on your world tend to contain?"

[Vgray]

"What you'd expect mostly. Except for titan ruins. Titan ruins tend to be surprisingly intact, which is unfortunate, because you tend to wake up giant constructs who would rather be left alone. Hmm. What do you call something that's abandoned but mostly intact? Is it still a ruin?"

[Empiricist]

"I'd call it an upcoming negligence trial."

[Vgray]

"Good luck with that."

[Empiricist]

"Does anyone in your world actually dispose their dangerous artifacts in a responsible manner?"

[Vgray]

"The really powerful beings tend to either, openly want our horrible deaths, or, in the case of the Titans, have decided to neglect us."

[Empiricist]

"Oh great, so everyone powerful enough to make one is a douche? That explains A LOT."

[Vgray]

"Pretty much. Unless you believe that the Holy Light is an entity or entities."
