Richard grabs Goldie and runs. Chansey drags Medea and Isaac with her as they run with the rest of the Angels.

As Richard, Chansey, Medea and Isaac leave the hotel they are suddenly grabbed from above by vast birds, that take to the skies and circle in towards the colossal fusion of tortoise and citadel that looms above the city.

The birds drop them in a massive hall, a living cathedral of flesh, bone and stone, at the end of which lies a towering raised dais, and a fleshy throne festooned with tubes, wires, exposed nerves and other, less savoury things. And upon that throne, connected to it to the point almost of being melded into it...
"Right, which one of you has the terrible speech impediment? I'm guessing the pink one?"

While Ziz keeps Packbit distracted, a giant hand breaks through the ceiling and scoops the four up, before flying off.

Medea, Chansey, Isaac, Goldie and Richard are scooped into a cockpit with a strange familiar man.
"I hope this makes us even for Robert."
"Don't ask me."

Albrecht smirks, as he pilots the Tristian away from the tortoise quickly. He knows that this Knightmare Frame can escape. All he has to do is use the Tristian's superior speed.

Like he always has.

The flights of Harvester Birds turn as one and speed towards the fleeing craft, and vast biological siege-engines studding the tortoise's colossal frame turn and target it, firing shards of bone and stone, winged creatures with fangs and claws dripping acidic venom, streamlined creatures that guide themselves towards the craft and attach themselves on impact to bore into it with drill-like mouths of metal-encrusted chitin, and worse besides.
