Silica quickly grabs Mark's face with her right hand and mutters "Dorbaelo Harialltontal Caltarothcal Adamenstiar".

Silica tries to press one of Mark's hands against the tattoo.
"I presume you know what a virus is, right? Inanimate biological material that by sheer chance interacts with cells, forcing them to replicate it. Well, that *gestures at the spell* is the magical equivalent."

"Interesting."

"Interesting? Don't let that thing near me."

The ghostly orc bellows impotently at Tasrak.

(Mark? Is slightly healed, but you either need Nevada fried chicken, or a higher roll.)

"Yeah, real fucking annoying. It's going to force your body to involuntary cast it every now and then until it wears off if you get infected..."
((That wasn't a healing spell. Plus it's an RTD roll since Silica's from an RTD.))
Silica continues trying to shove Mark's hand against the symbol.

The corpse starts talking in a strange language and pauses for a second.


"I remember the days before the undead plague. Better than most anyway. Lordaeron was beautiful place then...now the land is cursed, like us."

"Is war common where you come from Florencio?"

As his arm hits the sigil, Mark's entire body is transmuted into strengthened diamond. He's still alive and can move slightly faster than before and no longer has to breathe, but gains the vulnerabilities of diamond, namely combustion if heated too much and cleanly severing limbs rather than breaking bones. Silica glances at her work, unsure of what to do. Such procedures were used to treat bloodloss and organ damage, not what appears to be an allergic reaction, so this was foreign territory. She could try flushing out his lungs with a spray of water, but while enhanced diamond was strong, it wasn't THAT strong. A high pressure water beam would probably break some alveoli plus there weren't any reliable method to get rid of the water, short of flooding him with it and transmuting it into a more dangerous shockwave of air. With only an indefinite delay in place and no other options, Silica tries to wake him up.
"Not very, though Agaea recently had a civil war and the two groups are still going at it..."

Corvus' projection just watches the proceedings with mild bemusement.

"Hold on a second, I want to try something."

Twillier mutters an incantation. A large book appears at his feet.

"Ah! My book on the first and second wars against the orcs. They were quite a different people then."

Tasrak snorts.

"You should see some of the young orcs I've met in Northrend."

"Some are better than that. The former warchief Thrall for instance."

"He hardly counts. He was raised by humans."

"I thought you were better than those shortsighted humans Tasrak."

Twillier looks at Florencio and gulps.

"No offence."

"None taken. Racially offensive language is a common issue tis it not? I can imagine that such remarks between species could easily develop and remain ingrained."

Corvus' projection tilts his head, even more bemused.

Raven flits out of somewhere behind him and perches on his shoulder.
