Silica reluctantly draws a magical circle on the floor there with a rune inside it and places the weapons in it. She then activates it, preventing the removal of any of the weapons until either she deactivates the circle, or her magic is depleted.

"Oi! What're you doing in my cabinet?"

Silica walks out and closes the door.

....and she bumps into the person who said it.

Or rather, a Kobold, wielding two ornate knives, who looks somewhat irate that someone used his cabinet.

"Hello there, is something the matter?" Silica is rather obvious at this point in time.

Anyone aboveground would see what appears to be a comet falling to earth, impacting the ground with no little force and kicking up a plume of dust in its wake.

"Actually, on second thought..." Silica takes out the spear, she hadn't placed it with the other weapons. "if you wish, you may take this as payment. It cannot perform an additional magic, so it should be usable. Just try to keep the tip from touching anything, it dissipates on contact and rearranges what it hits." Silica gestures to its powdery golden tip which softly glowed.
