Catherine stops, and just sort of shrugs.
"Well... Um.. She seemed nice, and I felt like giving her a hug."
The Hybrid blushes. How dare that worthless human hug them... Well, it did sort of feel nice.. um...
They then proceed to hug Catherine.

And then Lucas walks by. He seems incredibly amused at the fact that a Hybrid of all things, is showing emotion. Usually they just are acting incredibly theatrical, or just evil.
"Huh. Never thought I'd see that happen. Heh."

[SOLDIER First]

Lucario slowly walks over to Catherine and the Hybrid and awkwardly wraps his arms around them.
<Human customs are ridiculous.>

Jason proceeds to tell her about his boring childhood of being alone in his room, then his preteens he was bullied in school for his rotted skin and he begun looking for a way to cure it. He went into The Labyrinth from being thrown in there when he was 15, got saved by his friends. His horrible stuttering was scared out of him. Meanwhile, in his searching of the Labyrinth, he found his knife fans and studied at Twilight Academy. Nothing of interest was said about his studies. After graduation, his division of Dawnguard were all slaughtered in combat. Luckily, none of his friends were in the same division. He was the last remaining one and proceeded to quest for a way to cure his curse. He had found the way but it was destroyed before he could use it to cure himself.

Maria stands guard over Selina, per usual.

Lucas begins chuckling a bit more from this. Catherine also hugs the Lucario. The Hybrid is not sure whether to feel happy or outraged at this. So instead, they feel a bit more embarrassed.

Jerik just watches this, vaguely confused.

Jason shrugs.

Selina sighs and just rests, guessing Maria just wasn't much of a talker...

Aqua kind of...nuzzles Jason, smiling gently.

He relaxes, enjoying the moment.
