 "Your stance actually isn't too far off. Still, it could use some improvements. Not all positions are as easily blockable as others. Depending on where you are and where the attack is coming from, you might have more or less force available.
She shows Selina how to refine that defensive position a bit.

Selina raises to block, going slowly so she could get used to the movements. It felt easier to her this way, getting into the flow of it to start.
