So far you've just said their blood will do it, which strikes me as a very sensible defense for those that have blood, and they can too, which is something I share. And in my case, the situation is somewhat different- it is not what my "creators" did to gods, but what gods did to them."

"Even their blood will do it yes. They have a whole cult of insane fanatics who follow them. They want to us harm. Let us go back in time. Azeroth was a chaotic place inhabited mostly by elemental spirits and the old gods themselves. The Titans are worldbuilders who represent order. They imprisoned both the elementals and the old gods. Then they shaped the world to suit their ideals.  The old gods want nothing less than our destruction."

"So your creators locked them away and destroyed their home, and they want to bring it back. Hardly what I would call evil. Inimical to your kind, perhaps, but evil?"

"That's a debate for the philosophers. Not that I like the Titans either. They left a guardian here who almost destroyed the world because the Old Gods were growing in power. We convinced it that it was unnecessary."
