Grifen moves to 18,15, shoots the pirate, and cantos back to 16,17. She will do 16 damage (assuming no crits) and has a 30% chance or so to take 15 Damage.
Efa goes to 15,16 and shoots the archer behind the wall. She can do this at anytime. Vast likelihood is she kills him. Also fairly likely, she will be shot for 8 points in return.
Fezz to 17,17 and KABOOMS the soldier. He can do this at anytime.
Miguel to 17,16 and Iron Lances the Soldier. Should be done after Fezz attacks. Provided Fezz and Miguel hit, he should be dead. If Fezz had crit, he should move to 15,17 and knife the other soldier before cantoing to 17,16.
Alec to 16,16 and bard hard. Obviously Grifen, Efa, Sheila, and Miguel need to be in place first.
Julius to 15,17 and blast Soldier A. This can be done as soon as Fezz's attack is resolved (assuming Fezz didn't kill Soldier B, if he did, let Miguel go first)
Ciera goes to 16,14 and javelins Soldier A. If Miguel attacked him, this might kill him. Otherwise probably not.
Leo to 17,14 and Transfer Might to Ciera, unless someone got seriously hurt somehow.
Candy to 17,15 and dance Leo and Fezz.
If Soldier A is standing, Grifen should go to 15,14, shoot him, and canto back.
Sheila goes to 15,13 and Killer Axe's the pirate adjacent to her.
Fezz goes to 18,14 and blasts Pirate A, assuming he isn't already dead.
Not sure what to have Efa, Miguel and Leo do with their second turns yet. Let's see how some of this pans out and move from there.
Also, a note on Julius's lockpicks. He has 3 uses, so we should probably just break down doors considering we can see two chests and there are several obscured rooms.
EDIT: WHOOPS, my plan went up too late. Well, reconvening later in the turn is probably the best approach.
