Dance Sheila and Grifen, they can double team the boss and have him down this turn, with pretty good chance of success.

Sheila doesn't double Gork, but if she uses her hatchet, she has fair crit chance, and just about 90% accuracy for 12 damage. Grifen would do 11, so if she uses her second attack to him him (She's too far away to do it on her first), that's 11 from her and 24 from Sheila.

This all assumes they make attacks against Gork while in support range of each other.
