I take no shame in that. It's what helped keep us alive.

Actually I didn't know we could swap weapons after attacking before.

Xan/GM4L/CE were doing that all the time in Chapter 11x :P

Get yo glasses, bruh v:
To be fair, they'd kinda sorta be dead without shenanigans.  Seriously, I've driven through towns with smaller populations than the number of enemy troopers you threw at them. ^_^

Anyway,  I want to make sure I understand trading right. So, one trade initiation per turn per character, and must be done before your action.

I don't understand you guys' thing of 'trade initiation'.

If you attack or use item, you can no longer trade nor switch weapon. That's all.

Well one trade initiation meaning a character can only go through the inventory of one other character during their turn.

That's most absurd thing ever.

I don't remember seeing a single FE video game that didn't let you trade with another person if that person have already traded in the same turn.

I'm not communicating effectively here.

Okay. Valor is standing next to Salvatore and Olison.  He trades his francisca to Olison. He can't trade with Salvatore this turn now, but Salvatore can trade with him.  Savvy?

This. Seriously, if you don't like trade shenanigans, perhaps you should tone things down slightly so that such shenanigans aren't necessary for simple survival.

Unrelated to current trade discussion:
Candy, do NOT press the button. Powder, have Efa tell him in-character. I understand your desire to get into the fray, but if you hit the button now you screw over Miguilla's, Fezzina's, and Alyssa's chance of doing anything useful next turn. So please, hold off. It's not like you'd be able to cross over immediately anyway, you'd have to sit for several more turns before getting to the fight.

That's exactly what I'm talking about all the time. I don't care who recipient is, all I care is who starts the trade - that person can do it only once. For all other trades, it will be a recipient of incoming trades, but no longer can pass these items further to others.

This. Seriously, if you don't like trade shenanigans, perhaps you should tone things down slightly so that such shenanigans aren't necessary for simple survival.

So maybe you people should stop trying to pass every chapter with 0% casualty rate?

Haspen, do you even Fire Emblem? Trying to complete each game with a 0% casualties is the default mode of play :v

Not in my games :3

Fortunately when I will launch Village Emblem you will quickly learn how to make sacrifices and how to handle no-win scenarios.

Ah, I thought it was a joke at first.  If it's serious, and if you want us to be a bit more blasé towards loss rates, it might be better not to bar players from returning if their characters die.  At the most, push them to the back of the waitlist.

I want to GM Fire Emblem to all players more or less interested, less or more experienced, not a group of eight or so nerds drooling over it all the time.
No offense, but it irks me greatly how some guys tend jump into recruitment and all slots get taken within hours.
I can easily point with my finger at some people who jumped into three, three different Fire Emblems here and would prolly jump into another if only someone went and hosted one.
I'm not better, but I know =P
