Yas pls, for extra epicness and plot and FEF1 lore connections!
Nah, we had enough and this game should end with Julius' coronation.

As a note, any unit (not mounted) can actually cross a river. It eats up five MOV though, and you must immediately move to an adjacent dry tile afterwards. [FEF Handbook 1.20; page 109]

WUT.

Eh? That ain't right, you can totally stop on river tiles in the games. It is costly to move onto them though.

So what should I do and when should I do it?

This is how I perceive things going down.

Sheldon will have to take them from me before he moves, I think, but otherwise that's workable and I'll start on my part.

Alright, now Sakura, Powder, or Xan can post. Or all three.

EDIT: Oh thank god, finally we can initiate diplomancy.

Nah, note the 'this unit can stop on a river tile' clause in water walking and on the river explanation itself for flying. Not written, but very much so implied.

If we can get everyone off of our platform (although Miguella will be there for a while so it may just be best to push ahead), you can get Candy to keep spinning it so you can eventually reach us.

If not, we could try falling back to the platform and using its one tile entry as a choke. Miguella will sadly be in the way though, but if she gets downed that breaks the paralysis, and while I'm loath for bleed-meat walling, its an option.

It would limit their ability to engage us and we could try to force them in a battle of attrition, which I think we may be able to win. We'd be horribly limited in our ability to move however, which is bad.

shuffle shenanigans are one of our strong points, and FEF1's hardest chapter was where our mobility was tanked.

I don't want to screw around on the platforms any more.

Fair enough, and agreed. I suggest someone tell Candy to start shuffling those platforms again to try and get Efa and Alyssa to us ASAP.

EDIT: Anything Fezzina should do? I can't attack anyone and rescuing Julia would be bad (gap in the wall). I guess just head north and hang around? I can't see any other action I can take, she can't reach any wounded units.
