Plus, you know, Paralysis Staffs are endgame items not meant for a bunch of Total Level 5 characters to face. Especially not two shots per turn when the entire party is about 8 people and none are capable of closing the distance.

Basically, GG guys. Was fun, but it looks like Candy will have to get his fairy magic back some other way. The odds are just too heavily against us, not helped by GM shenanigans.

To what end? He doesn't even double the Ghouls, and that's the only thing he can reach this turn.

Of course, if we had extra turns, this wouldn't be so much of an issue.

And there are consequences to failure. Haspen said participating characters would get a reward if we beat the mission. So if we don't, we get nothing.

The problem is, I don't think we have anyone who can double Valerie, and she has high defense and resistance. And she's the only one even sort of in range. Griff is the only one who can hit her this turn, I think, and he'd only do 4 damage. And the bitch has Fortune too, so no crit-hax.

Plus, we'll be getting double-paralyzed again next turn and be completely helpless against the enemy attack.

Don't know why we're getting rushed so much, its not like FEF1's B team is two turns away from victory. We've got time.

Previously I was concerned that that 'Warps terrain' blurb might mean I get locked in place after blowing out the floor around me.

But yeah, now it's kind of a secondary concern.
