I'd also like to note that I believe they have a hard limit on the amount of pages a thread can have, where it immediately gets locked afterwards, and after a while gets erased. I think that was to help with that. Of course, what it actually meant was that you'd have threads that is the tenth in line to that topic and that keeping anything was hard because it would vanish after a while.

When I first got here, I was a bit weirded out out at the threads with hundreds of pages.

'Course I may be misremembering, but I know that some sections of the forum did the forcible page limit and deletion.
