Before I put in my purchases, is there anything anyone else wants to pick up that they have inadequate funds for?  I'm considering a Steel Javelin, Steel Blade, and Steel Lance, but that tops out at 1020G, just below my total funds.

Steel weapons already? Sure, the extra power will be nice, but your speed and accuracy are gonna tank. I personally wouldn't touch them until level 10 at least.

...did you dump some of your extra points at character creation into Con? I can't help but think that will slow you significantly.

Hit shouldn't be affected at all; it only gets bonuses, and that from Skill and Luck.  Attack Skill does receive penalties, but on horseback, she has 21 Con to counterbalance any Weight penalties.  Off horseback, she'll have serious problems with or without steel weapons. 

Hmmm, I'm beginning to realize how much I screwed up by dumping Skill and Speed in favour of Strength.  Even with both of her skills, I'll have serious problems hitting anything at higher levels.

1: Steel weapons have worse base Hit than Iron, thus the accuracy penalties.
2: Combat stats are not effected by your mount's CON, only your base CON.

Your mount does not effct AS calculation.
