Fezz is the closest I can think of to Tellah out of the group. We don't generally have old characters in FEF (Olison was probably the main exception).

Fezz is Palom, not Tellah. :3 If anyone is Tellah in FEF it's probably Edwin.

FF5 is pretty damn good though.

Well, you don't exactly have many to pick from since he's the only male pure-mage of the group. I can't help but imagine Fezz with Tellah's hair though, and it amuses me much too much. Also Palom does want to be like Tellah, according to the wiki. :v
