Well yeah. Still, a bit of a weird genesis for a breakdown.

Sometimes, I'm really proud of my character writing, but other times I put it down, step back from my keyboard, and ask myself where the hell it came from. And then have sort of weird half-pride.

I can relate there, although for me it's less 'where the hell it came from' and more 'what the hell am I doing' or 'are you regretting making them like that yet?'

<sup>To be honest though I don't really feel that good about my character writing however, it always seems to myself that I'm half-assing things when I'm not meaning to at times, or being annoying by being overly dramatic or overly lengthy, or having a shallow character by not showing enough variation or having them be too silly, or being scatterbrained and too varied so they seem almost bipoloar...

But each failure is a learning experience, so I'm content that I'm getting better at the least, so each one is getting just a bit less insufferable.</sup>
