But as for the Fault/Skill variables, the +5 regen is something actually on the handbook for suggested effects, even so, I made the personal fault more than just -15 EVA, and upped it to -20 EVA and HIT to balance it out.

I meant -20, I kept assuming EVA and HIT as percentages, so -20% would be, 80 instead of 100 percent for example.
