Doesn't matter if Ciera would have understood. Grifen doesn't like the idea of shooting any of her friends even for good reasons. Same way folks in zombie stories always hesitate to mercy-kill infected friends and family.

And hugging is currently in progress, sadness will at least diminish before long :p
