So I just finished re-reading thirty or so latest pages of IC thread in search of possible support relationships building/ranking up. T'was lots to read. After this map, I'm considering the following:

Fezz x Grifen: rank B √
Leo x Fezz: rank C √
Leo x Sheila: rank B √

With a bit more effort (maybe even after next chapter?), these are also possible:

Candy x Efa: rank C
Grifen x Sheila: rank B

Possibility is there but a bit far away for these:
