Okay actually the plan is a little borked.

Candy should proceed to 7,7 to refresh Grifen.
Grifen then proceeds to 7,1 to attack the longbowman.
Sonja to 7,5 to blast the knight a little.
Julius to 8,7 to end the turn.

Sheila is actually one north (and soldier I is dead), as I've reminded Hatkitty on the IRC.
Alec should be at 7,6 to perform for Fezz and Leo. I thought he already did that but I can't be bothered to go look because I just got up.
Leo needs to go to 7,4 to heal Grifen.
Candy goes to 7,7 to perform for Grifen.
Grifen goes to 7,1 to shoot the longbowman.
Sonja goes to 7,5 to attack the knight who is mysteriously missing from the map.
Julius to 8,7 to chill.

OK, edited my post so Leo is at 7,4.

Okay, half assed plan.

Sonja should stay right where she is and attack Castle Guard B. It oughta kill him.
Fezz should likewise hold and blast Swordsman K. Unless Sonja does not kill Guard B, in which case waste him instead.
Miguel may proceed to 8,4 (I think) and knife swordsman K if he lives, or L otherwise.
If 9,5 is clear, Julius can move there and probably blast swordsman L.
Alec to 8,5 and play like crazy for Fezz, Julius, Miguel and Sonja.

Then those four can continue pressing to the throne room. If Sonja can move up after being performed, that's good, in which case:
Candy to 7,5 to dance Sheila and Leo for great justice.
Efa plays catch up in any event.

Merp. Accidentally stabbed the crossbowman. Oh well! He's only going to do about 2 damage to Miguel, so I'm not worried.

Possible addendum to BMM's plan to account for Alecbarding:

Leo to 7,6. Heal Fezz.
Sonja to Leo's last spot (7,4). Zot Guard C. (automurder)
Aforementioned Candy to Sonja's old spot (7,5). Dance Sheila n' Leo.
Sheila to Guard C's corpse (9,4). Hatchet or Killer Axe Swordsman L (80 hit Hatchet, 60 hit Killer Axe, both can double and kills on both hits).
Leo to Sheila's old spot (7,3). Heal Grifen.
Julius heads up to Swordsman L's corpse (10,4 if he's ded). Scimitar's the Mage.

Meanwhile:
Miguel lances the crossbowman again. If successful he cantoes onto his corpse.
Fezz moves up to Miguel's old spot (9,5) and zots the White Mage.

Lemme know if I missed anything.
